If what you are asking for will not work on the hair you have, or will take two visits instead of one, you hear that at the start — not once the work is underway.

We book time, not slots
Color has processing windows that cannot be hurried. Appointments are set aside as real blocks of time so the work runs to the length it actually needs.

You leave able to repeat it
A finish that only works in the chair is not finished. The last part of every appointment is showing you how to get back to it at home.

Pricing is settled before work begins
What a service costs depends on length, density and history. It is confirmed with you at consultation, so the number at the end is the number you agreed to.
